Shipping policy

All shipping prices below are in Australian dollars (AUD). Available shipping options and the final shipping charge are shown at checkout and depend on your delivery address and order.
Australia
- Standard shipping: $10.
- Free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more.
- Express shipping: $15.
International shipping
Standard international shipping is $20 to supported destinations. International availability is confirmed at checkout. If no shipping option is available for your address, please contact us before placing an order.
Order processing and delivery
Processing time is separate from transit time. Delivery timing depends on product availability, the destination and the delivery service. Express shipping refers to the selected delivery service and does not guarantee immediate dispatch.
For current processing and delivery estimates for a particular product or destination, please email evansian1974@gmail.com before ordering. Delivery estimates are not guarantees, and delays may occur due to carrier disruptions, public holidays or customs processing.
Delivery details
Please check that your shipping address is complete and accurate before submitting your order. If you need to correct an address, contact us as soon as possible. We may not be able to change the address once your order has been dispatched.
International duties and taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs charges imposed by the destination country. Unless these charges are collected at checkout or expressly included in your order, they are your responsibility. Contact your local customs authority for information before ordering.
Delayed, missing or damaged deliveries
If your order is delayed, missing or arrives damaged, email evansian1974@gmail.com with your order number and details of the issue. Please include photos of any damage where possible. We will investigate and help resolve the issue. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law or other applicable consumer protection laws.
